Here are some common solutions and tips to help you get the most out of NullPad.

Behavior Settings Issue after Update

Occasionally, when the application receives an update that adds new behavioral settings and you have auto-save enabled, these values may appear empty in Settings > Behavior.

• Fix: Click the Reset Behavior button in the Settings menu. This will re-initialize your local settings with the latest default values without deleting your notes.

Staying Updated

If you keep NullPad open for days (e.g., through PC sleep cycles), you might miss automatic updates.

The real-time synchronization between open windows might also time out.

• Recommendation: Refresh the application page (F5) once a day or after waking your computer to ensure you're on the latest version.

Browser Data Warning

Important

Clearing your browser's cache or site data will erase your local notes. Always export a backup before clearing browser storage.
